DNB CET 2017 – DNB CENTRALIZED ENTRANCE EXAM (DNB CET)
The organizer of this examination is National Board of Examination (NBE). This exam is conducted for the graduates from the field of Cardiology, Paediatrics, Nephrology, Neurology, and Endocrinology. The candidates who are clear the exam will be given admission in the 3 years PG of above courses.
DNB CET 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criterion for this exam is that applicant must have completed their MBBS from the institute which is approved by the government bodies or MCI (Medical Council of India). The candidates must have completed their internship or yet to complete their internship before the start of their post graduation course can also eligible to take up this exam.
DNB CET 2017 Application Form
The application can be availed both online and offline mode. The applications can be availed online by logging into website www.natboard.edu.in and downloading them. The application can also be availed by offline mode by sending post along with the demand draft taken in the favour of institute from any nationalized banks. The notifications regarding the avail of applications can be notified in the website given above. Generally the applications will be in the month of December and the last date will be in January. The examination consists of fee for both application as well as the examination fee. The application fee is Rs.750/- and the examination fee is Rs.3500/-. The above mentioned amount does not include postal charges.
DNB CET 2017 Syllabus & Pattern:
The structure of the examination is of two papers i.e. paper I and Paper II. The paper I consists of multiple choice questions each carrying 0.5 mark per question. The Paper II consists of short answers will candidates will be expected to brief the concepts which they studied in their UG. The number of questions in paper II will be 10 and each questions carries 5 marks per question. The candidates can attempt the question even though they are not sure of the answers since this exam since the concept of negative marking is not applicable in this exam.
