AIEEE 2017 – ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM (AIEEE)
This is one of the entrance exams which are attended by most of the students in India. This exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to determine the quality of students who are eligible for the admitting in engineering course. The score taken by the students are considered by all engineering institutes of India. It is considered as mandatory for students to take this exam if they wish join engineering course after their higher secondary.
AIEEE 2017 Notification & Important Dates:
The candidate who clear the entrance exam with flying colors are facilitated by giving admission in the top engineering colleges and universities of India.
AIEEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates who have completed their higher secondary or who are awaiting for their higher secondary results are eligible to apply for this exam. The notifications and applications are available in the website of CBSE i.e. www.aieee.nic.in . The applications can also be obtained in Post offices, banks across India.
AIEEE 2017 application form:
The applications will be available in the month of February/March. The application fee varies depending upon the scheduled caste and other caste candidates. The exam will be conducted normally in the last Sunday in the month of April and the results will be announced in the month of June. The candidates will rank based on all India level as well as state level.
AIEEE 2017 Syllabus & Pattern:
The candidate can select the examination centre based upon their location preferences. The examinations pattern is of multi choice questions. There are 4 papers which are to be completed by the applicant in this entrance exam. The Paper I consist of Physics & Chemistry, Paper II consist of Mathematics, Paper III consist of Biology, Paper IV (Part I) consist of Aptitude, Paper IV (Part II) consist of drawing test. The number of questions allocated to each paper is given below along with marks
Paper I – 150 questions – 450 marks
Paper I – 75 questions – 225 marks
Paper III – 75 questions – 225 marks
Paper IV (Part I) – 50 questions – 150 marks
Paper IV (Part II) – 25 questions – 75 marks
